Careers
How we work, who we look for.
Three regions, one team, working async by default — real ownership on real client work from day one.
How we work.
We're a distributed team across the United States, the UAE, and India — three real bases, not a work-from-anywhere roster. Async is the default, not the exception: updates are written, decisions are documented, and status is visible without a meeting. Work moves through three working days, not one, so nothing sits waiting for a single time zone to wake up.
Every engagement runs with a small, accountable team. The people who scope the work are the people who build it — no handoff between strategy and delivery, and no layer of management between you and the client problem you were hired to solve.
What we look for.
Specific, checkable work over a polished self-description — we'd rather see the thing you built than hear how you'd describe it. People who are comfortable saying "I don't know yet" and then finding out, since that's the actual day-to-day of building with AI systems that don't behave predictably.
Clear written communication matters as much as technical skill. Across three time zones, an unclear update costs someone else a full working day, not five minutes — so we look for people who default to writing things down.
How we hire.
An initial conversation (30–45 minutes) about the work you've actually done and what you're looking for next — not a script of trivia questions.
A scoped, paid work sample tied to real work in the role you're hiring for, not a generic take-home puzzle.
A technical and portfolio review with the team you'd actually work with, walking through your approach and decisions, not just the output.
A final conversation on mutual fit and a real offer discussion, with a clear yes or no — not radio silence.
Usually two to three weeks end to end, and we tell you where things stand at every step rather than leaving you to guess.
What we offer.
- Real ownership on real client work from week one — not shadowing, not a sandbox project.
- Async-first work distributed across three regions — flexibility without losing accountability.
- Direct exposure to clients and the full lifecycle of a project, not a narrow slice of it.
- A small, flat team — the people deciding what to build are the people building it.
